About Series A3 Digital Differential Pressure Gauges
Series A3 Digital Differential Pressure Gauges
The series A3 is a patent pending microprocessor based controller for positive, negative, and differential pressure as well as velocity and flow. The Series A3 includes (2) 8A SPDT relays and an associated software package that allows full configuration of variables such as setpoints, dead band, engineering units, flow coefficients, and more. The programming is done from a user friendly menu on the LCD display or uploaded using an Opti Link programming key. The LCD also displays the exact setpoints or other user defined variables during normal operation. Furthermore, the menu structure can be customized by moving variables to different menu levels to accommodate many applications. Compared to other mechanical products, the Series A3 has a significantly reduced depth, an improved look, and better performance at a lower price
Reliable and Versatile Pressure MeasurementDesigned for industrial environments, the Series A3 digital gauge provides accurate differential pressure readings for air and non-corrosive gases. Its MEMS-based sensor technology, coupled with a microprocessor-controlled digital display, guarantees consistent and precise monitoring across various selectable ranges, from 0500 Pa to 030 kPa. With IP40-rated frontal protection and robust ABS/aluminum housing, it suits demanding applications.
Flexible Installation and Signal Output OptionsThe Series A3 supports both panel and wall mounting. It offers optional analog outputs4-20 mA or 0-10Vmaking it adaptable to a wide range of process automation and control systems. Pressure connections use barbed ports for 6mm tubing, ensuring secure and straightforward setup in HVAC, cleanrooms, and filter monitoring.
User-Friendly Interface and Smart FeaturesA 4-digit LCD and intuitive front panel push-button re-zero provide straightforward control and real-time clarity. Audible and visible high/low set-point alarms offer proactive alerts, while battery operation allows for portable or remote installations without compromise on accuracy.
