RANGE 3.0-11.75" W.C.

DESCRIPTION

Most popular SERIES 1900 combines advanced design and precision construction to make these switches able to perform many of the tasks of larger, costlier units. Designed for air conditioning service, they also serve many fluidics, refrigeration, oven and dryer applications. Series 1900 switches have set points from 0.07 to 20" w.c. (1.8 to 508 mm). Set point adjustment is easy with range screw located inside conduit enclosure. Internal location helps prevent tampering.

Compact size and repeatability, provides a high-value switch for many industrial and OEM applications.

Range screw protected inside enclosure provides simplifies making adjustments but prevents tampering.

Reliable and Adjustable Pressure Switching

The Dwyer 1910-10 allows external set point adjustment for efficient on-site configuration. With a repeatability of 0.1" W.C., it ensures consistent performance. The diaphragm design and silver alloy contacts provide fast, accurate switching while supporting a wide current range, making it suitable for demanding air and gas monitoring applications.

Compact and Robust Design for Versatile Installations

The devices compact size ensures easy integration into confined spaces. Its durable die-cast aluminum enclosure offers lasting durability and protection (IP54), while the two " NPT female ports facilitate straightforward process connection. Mounting in a vertical orientation with connections facing downward optimizes installation for ductwork and machinery interfaces.

FAQs of Dwyer 1910-10 Compact Low Differential Pressure Switch, RANGE 3.0-11.75" W.C.:

Q: How do I adjust the set point on the Dwyer 1910-10 pressure switch?

A: Set point adjustment is easily accomplished using the external adjustment screw located on the switch housing. This allows you to fine-tune the activation point within the specified range of 3.0 to 11.75" W.C. without disassembling the unit.

Q: What kind of applications is this pressure switch suitable for?

A: The Dwyer 1910-10 is ideal for monitoring and controlling air and non-combustible gases in ventilation ducts, fan systems, and blower applications. Its fast response and high repeatability make it reliable for critical air/gas flow monitoring and control.

Q: When should the pressure connections be oriented downwards?

A: For optimal performance and accurate switching, the pressure switch must be installed vertically with the pressure connections pointing downward, as specified by the manufacturer.

Q: Where can this switch be installed and used in India?

A: As a robust and compact device, the Dwyer 1910-10 can be installed in various commercial and industrial HVAC systems, process plants, and any applications requiring air or non-combustible gas monitoring. It is distributed in India through manufacturers, suppliers, traders, and wholesalers.

Q: What process media is compatible with this switch?

A: This pressure switch is designed specifically for use with air and non-combustible gases. Using other media may damage the sensor or affect accuracy.

Q: What are the primary benefits of using the Dwyer 1910-10 pressure switch?

A: Key benefits include its compact design, rapid response, wide pressure range, durable aluminum housing, reliable SPDT output, and simple external set point adjustment. Its mechanical life exceeds one million cycles, minimizing maintenance and replacement frequency.
