About Dwyer USA DM-1125 Digi Mag Differential Pressure Gauge
Dwyer USA DM-1125 Digi Mag Differential Pressure Gauge
Dwyer Instruments DM-1125
DM-1124 DigiMag® differential digital pressure gage, range 2-0-2" w.c.
The Digi Mag Series DM-1000 Digital Differential Pressure and Flow Gages monitor the pressure of air and compatible gases just as its famous analog predecessor the Magnehelic Differential Pressure Gage. All models are factory calibrated to specific ranges. The 4-digit LCD can display readings in common English and metric units so conversions are not necessary. The simplified four button operation reduces set up time and simplifies calibration with its digital push button zero and span. The Digi Mag Digital Gages are more versatile than analog gages with their ability to be field-programmed to select pressure, air velocity or flow operation depending on model. The DigiMag Digital Gages have an added feature for filter applications where a set point can be input where the display will blink when the filter is dirty, alerting the user that a maintenance action needs to occur. Programming the Series DM-1000 is easy using the menu key to access 4 simplified menus which provide access to, depending on model: security level; engineering units; K-factor for use with various Pitot tubes and flow sensors circular or rectangular duct size for volumetric flow operation; filter set point; view peak and valley process readings; digital damping for smoothing erratic process applications; display update to conserve battery life; zero and span field calibration. The Series DM-1000 DigiMag Digital Differential Pressure and Air Flow Gages possess a full-scale accuracy of 1% on ranges down to 2 in H2O and 2% accuracy down to the very low range of 1 inch to 0.25 in H2O. DigiMag Digital Differential Pressure Gages offer power versatility by working with 9-24 VDC line power or simply 9V battery power. If using line power and connecting the 9V battery, the battery will act as a back-up if line power is lost or interrupted.
Industrial-Grade Precision GaugingEngineered for demanding industrial environments, the DM-1125 Digi Mag gauge reliably measures differential pressure of air and non-corrosive gases. Its solid-state sensor delivers stable performance, and a digital LCD screen ensures clear display of results. With 1% full-scale accuracy and a fast sampling rate, it supports real-time monitoring and process control with high reliability.
Durable and Easy InstallationConstructed with a sturdy aluminum housing and a matte black front panel, the DM-1125 is designed for both durability and aesthetics. With an enclosure rating of IP66, it resists dust and water ingress, making it suitable for harsh operating conditions. Barbed fittings and 1/8 NPT thread options, mounting brackets, and terminal blocks simplify panel mounting and system integration.

Q: How is the DM-1125 Digi Mag Differential Pressure Gauge installed?
A: The gauge is panel-mounted using the supplied mounting bracket and terminal block, which allows for secure and easy integration into industrial control systems. Barbed fittings or thread adapters (1/8 NPT) are used for pressure connections.
Q: What types of media can this pressure gauge measure?
A: The DM-1125 is designed to measure the differential pressure of air and non-corrosive gases, making it suitable for HVAC, clean rooms, and filter monitoring in various industries.
Q: When should I perform zero adjustment on the DM-1125?
A: Zero adjustments should be made periodically or when the gauge reading does not return to zero under normal atmospheric conditions. This can be done easily using the front-panel push button.
Q: Where can I use this pressure gauge considering its protection level?
A: With an IP66 enclosure and operating temperature range from 0 to 60C, the DM-1125 is suitable for industrial sites exposed to dust, humidity up to 95% RH (non-condensing), and occasional water contact.
Q: What is the benefit of the optional alarm output relay?
A: The relay contact provides user-configurable alarms, which can trigger external signals or systems when preset pressure thresholds are exceeded, enhancing safety and process control.
Q: How accurate is the DM-1125, and what is its display resolution?
A: The gauge offers an accuracy of 1% of full scale and a high display resolution of 0.1 Pascal, enabling precise low-pressure monitoring and effective process management.
